valerie and we all scream for ice cream were two of the weaker episodes from season 2...still havent seen V word
but like iv said before i liked season 2 much better
for each weak one it had a very good one...not to mention season 1 had a few bombs..

any directors you guys would like to see in season 3?Eli Roth and Rob Zombie for me (only because some of the "Masters" involved so far have not really proven themselves either).Alejandra Aja maybe.Definately not M.Night, or Uwe Boll(who actually pays these guys to make movies???).Must be the mafia...

Lucky McKee, Lucky McKee, and more Lucky McKee. In fact, they could just make a whole season of nothing but Lucky McKee movies and that'd be just fine with me. Maybe throw in a Joe Dante installment or two for good measure. ;D
Btw, I agree with malbowski's choices of Zombie and Roth. Both would be nice additions. I'm not sure about Alexandre Aja though. So far all he can claim to be is a "Master of Remakes." Haute Tension, The Hills Have Eyes, and coming in 2008, Piranha. Now, imo, he's done a nice job with the first two remakes, but until he cranks out something of the same quality that is wholly his own, I can't rank him among the top of the up and coming horror directors.

leave it at that..you dont know what every1 else thinks nor do i care what every1 else thinks...from what i have seen people like season 2 better..but really i only care what i like
do you have to turn everything into a competition about who is smaerter to feel better about yourself or what??? becuse its getting really old

Bullshit. Most people have already voiced their opinion and OVERWHELMINGLY have voted Season 1 superior. Okay? That's 1. Here's 2: Showtime ain't pickin' it up for a 3rd Season. You know why? They made less money, less people watched it. And d'ya know what that is? Because the first 7 episodes didn't impress people. However, the first season was so successful and people were so impressed by it, that they actually even increased the budget for each episode. How do I know that? Did my homework. When someone shoots you in the neck just for walking down the street... and you know that's wrong... do you think that changes just because in the person who shot you's opinion, it was okay? there is no right and wrong when it comes to who likes what.. That's true. But that's not what we were originally talking about. Season 1 is better. It's a fact. And it just so happens that the Majority, overwhelmingly, agrees with my research. |

John Carpenter is easily my favorite director of all time.
I love everything he's done, except Memoirs Of An Invisible Man and even that wasn't complete shit.
It's a shame some of his more recent flicks (Ghosts Of Mars especially) get shit on despite being really fun movies.
The man can do no wrong, he fucking directed Halloween AND The Thing.
