Everyone here is obviously well-acquainted with Anchor Bay Entertainment, right? They're of course famous for releasing cult, obscure, and hard to find horror films, some comedies, documentaries, and films of several other genres. For some, it was of course surprising that they suddenly up and became the studio that released such TV hits as Roseanne, Grounded for Life, and 3rd Rock from the Sun. Great exposure for them, obviously. But... Was anyone aware that they are behind the releasing of a major motion picture released this year?? One that was released theatrically and actually had big movie stars in it?? starring, of course: Queen Latifah (of: Bringing Down the House, Hairspray, Chicago, Beauty Shop, Living Single), Katie Holmes (Dawson's Creek, Batman Begins), Diane Keaton (Annie Hall, Baby Boom, The First Wives Club, The Godfather movies), and Ted Danson (Cheers, Becker, Three Men and a Baby, Creepshow) Is it me or are they getting bigger? I really was shocked when I saw their logo on the ad for the upcoming DVD for the movie.

I've heard of the movie, but I didn't know Anchor Bay was behind it. Very interesting. Before, I only knew their logo from some horror DVD's (Halloween comes to mind).

I of course know about them because I take great pride in my DVD collection and have been a very satisfied customer since 2002. Been about 6 years with them and every last one of them has been great.

Gotta agree. Anchor Bay takes up a significant portion of my shelves. I don't have any kids and don't plan on having any, so my DVDs are also like my children. Solidarity Lazario and Malbowski!

You got it, Nec. you treat movies and dvd's like they are your children Not really. If they misbehave, I throw them across the room... If they were actual children, I might get in trouble for that.

Eh, there's nothing wrong with throwin' kids across the room. If you do it hard enough, you can turn him into a mongoloid. Add a hockey mask, and you've got yourself a personal Jason Voorhees!

Isn't that always the way? Sociopaths seem real nice to people that aren't their victims.

She was obsessed with cleanliness... Like Patrick Bateman in American Psycho. And she was obsessed with the concept of perfection. Again, like P.B.
