Maybe now you know how I feel about realistic animal deaths. What's so bad about animals dying, never been fishing??

I refuse to get into it with you, Biscuit. However, Dave already understands what I'm talking about.

The deaths / killing of animals shouldn't be entertainment. And to me, it feels cowardly on the part of filmmakers to try to use it for shock value too, because it's a cheap way of messing with the audience. Basically just tell someone a story of a dog set on fire or a cat shredded in a garbage disposal and you get a disturbing reaction. There's just no real point in it. I don't like it nor want to see it. However, sometimes it has happened unrealistically in some movies. And that makes it easier to deal with. That I can't admit having too much of a problem with. Movies with obviously fake cats or bunnies... I've seen movies with really fake animals. They're not as bad. As far as eating animals and killing them for food, which you mentioned when you talked about fishing, we do that because we like the taste. What can we do about that? We hunt and fish to control animal populations. I don't enjoy it, but I don't have a problem with that. Because I don't actually partake in these activities when I'm watching a movie or t.v. show. And that's all I care to discuss it. I'm not talking about it anymore.

Maybe now you know how I feel about realistic animal deaths. Nah, they don't really get to me. "Aftermath" versions anyways. I will admit that i don't really care for actually seeing the animal being dealt with tough. But I do understand how other people might feel as you do about animal deaths. I'm just not generally one of them.
