I thought Thanksgiving in Canada wasn't that big of a deal anyway. Just like a minor holiday that banks and government agencies close for.

True, Thanksgiving here pretty much means a day off and some turkey. We don't dress up like pilgrims if that's what you mean. More power to you though! j/k

i had some turkey..but i had much more stuffing for some reason im a big stuffing person

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm the same way. Whenever I make it I only use about 3/4 of the recommended amount of liquid. I usually use milk rather than water too. Makes it fluff up more.

Just make sure you watch it real close when it's coming to a boil cuz milk makes a helluva mess if it boils over the pot onto your burners, lol!

Just make sure you watch it real close when it's coming to a boil cuz milk makes a helluva mess if it boils over the pot onto your burners, lol! haha i got electric here..so one swipe with a wet sponge and im good

I must say I like stuffing as well. I have tried your way making it Dave, with Milk and it does make it come out better. I miss the beef stuffing. For some reason they stopped making it or at least selling it in my stupid town...
I eat chicken stuffing now and its not so bad.
