Post any weird game glitches you've encountered here. The real reason I started this thread was to talk about a WEIRD glitch/screw-up in Elder Scrolls IV (PS3 version). If you ask Palonirya in Imperial City about rumors, she tells you a rumor and then you can clearly hear the voice actor saying "wait, let me try that again" and then she says the whole rumor over again. Has anybody else noticed this? I felt like I was in the Truman Show when I first heard this.

That is weird. Don't they have people who check for these things?

The two buggiest games I've ever seen are From Dusk Till Dawn, and Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. Both are also two of the coolest games I've ever played too. Even with all the bugs, they are really enjoyable.
FDTD was a bargain bin game. The company that developed it just didn't have the resources to test it properly. It's still a very fun, and challenging game. It's story isn't too bad either. It's way more interesting than any of the movie sequels.
VtM:B was meant to be a serious game. Activision owned the rights to develop it, and they contracted it out to Troikia. Unfortunately Activision wanted it out before Half Life 2 because it used that engine, and was meant to compete against it. They put severe pressure on Trokia, and Trokia ended up bankrupting before the game even hit the shelves. Basically what the VtM:B retail turned out to be was a Beta version. The multiplayer got scrapped, and no developer tools were ever released for it. There was only one official patch too I believe, but fans have been regularly releasing unofficial ones ever since. Those unofficial patches really make a difference too--some even add/restore quests and other content that should have been in the original release. I think someone was even trying to restore the multiplayer part of the game a few years ago, but I don't know if they ever managed to, or not. If you like the Deus Ex style of RPG-FPS hybrid this is one you should really check out though. The Oceanside Hotel mission is one of the most creepy, atmospheric, even scary things I've ever seen in a video game. Just download it off BT.
