I rarely ever laughed at Kids in the Hall. Must be some kind of Canadian thing... Yeah, most likely. I don't really find many American shows to be funny... And I know you guys wouldn't like corner gas.. but everyone here finds it to be hysterical. Weird how we can be so different from each other when we live so close ;D

American humor really started with people like Buster Keaton (back in the silent era, I think), the Three Stooges, and the Marx Brothers.

Not to mention Charlie Chaplin. In my opinion, he's the king of comedy.

You know what... I was actually thinking about Charlie Chaplin when I said Buster Keaton. I don't know who Buster Keaton is..come to think of it.

I voted for MadTv. I watched that all the time growing up. I rarely if ever watched SNL.

Mr. Show still owns 'em both. Hands down.

Anyone like the Kids in the Hall? I'd rank that one up there with Mr. Show and Python.

I love anything Monty Python. For some reason Kids in the Hall never grew on me. I wanted it to, but it just never did.

I've never really seen Monty Python. Just a few seconds during some documentary on PBS. But the documentary was amazing, though.

Mr. Show still owns 'em both. Hands down. I agree, David Cross is a genius. I really miss Mr. Show. It's not as good in reruns either because the jokes aren't as good the 2nd or 3rd time around.

Anyone like the Kids in the Hall? I'd rank that one up there with Mr. Show and Python. I already said kid's in the hall. Everyone told me it's for Canadians.. I guess it was over their heads cuz I found that show hilarious(and have talked to plenty of Americans who like it also.)

And on Monty Python I was a big fan of the movies when I was a kid (I didn't really like the show much, but watched it a lot). But now I don't really like it, too much nonsense.
