yea..once ina while i listen to some underground stuff..there actually still are a few real rappers in the underground scene..but anything on the radio is just absoulte garbage..all that crap that they play on the radio is what killed it..but really i dont listen to all that much anymore.. ill have to post some beats i made sometime for you to check out

It's the same way with punk. It was originally about playing simple, primitive rock and roll, then somehow it got turned into a fad for rich kids. The crap they are calling punk today is nothing like the original stuff. The attitude is gone, and the music and lyrics are technically superior yet have no soul or meaning.
Luckily Rockabilly and Psychobilly both stayed underground, and therefore more true to their roots. It is sad that some really talented bands don't get any kind of recognition though.

The saddest thing to me is that if people would quit spending money for sub-standard entertainment, the execs would quit making it. The only reason these talentless hacks get any play is because people won't quit eating it up.

^^ thats true but the sad thing is they wont ever stop buying the garbage..i dont listen to the radio or watch much tv unless it sports...but once ina while ill watch some dumb show on mtv..and then some music vids will come on..every video is like a soft core porn

Laguna Beach, The Hills, things I don't even remember but all took place on the beach with rich people sitting around whining and complaining when they have almost perfect lives.
Anyway- they show the music videos for about 2 hours in the morning and before 11 or whatever on the weekends.
