The final transformation scene in David Cronenberg's "The Fly"
The dinner scene in "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre"
Just about every scene in "The Last House on the Left"
I can't think of any more at the moment.

Haven't seen it yet but The Girl Next Door will most likely have some downright disturbing scenes.I always felt sad at the end of the Fly when *SPOILER*
The fly helps Geena Davis with the shotgun aimed at his head.
Audition had some twisted shit in it as well.(foot loss due to piano wire)
Anything involving nails or teeth is enough to make me barf.

good to see you bring up the girl next door mal
it deff has some disturbing part..its the most disturbing movie without even being graphic..just about everything that happens you never actually see it happen..but you know what is happening and you know its based on true events..which easily makes it one of the more disturbing movies i have seen

Off the top of my head here's a couple:
-The scene in Oldboy where he has to cut out his own tongue.
-The rape scene in Last House on the Left.
I'm sure there's a few more, but I'll have to do some thinking and get back................

Anything involving nails or teeth is enough to make me barf. Like: The Tenant - the guy (?name?) pulls a tooth out of the wall Oldboy - Oldboy pulls the guy's teeth out Last House on the Left - Weasel's nightmare Marathon Man - "Is it safe?" Masters of Horror: Imprint - needles under Komomo's fingernails and if you meant the rusty kind of nail, Serpent and the Rainbow - the nail hammered into the guy's private area For me... Damien: Omen II - the ice-hockey game scene Arachnophobia - the Nest / Wine Cellar finale Theater of Blood - the bedroom "operation" scene The Fly (1986) - the arm wrestling scene Needful Things - Nettie and Wilma killing each other Scanners - the shotgun massacre scenes Maniac - the picture discussing scene maybe there are more. I'll try to remember.

Nails as in getting your finger/toe nails pulled off or folded back. A few years back at work I had my right index fingernail folded backwards.Even seen the bone underneath.I would take a kick in the nuts with steel toes before that shit anyday. Marathon Man was very heave-worthy as well. Bloodsucking Freaks and Ichi the Killer are the most fucked up movies I have seen so I suggest them to the strong-stomach type. Oldboy is also on my list to watch.

Did the contacts make her eyes bleed or was it something else?May has a place in my top 20 endings category for sure! Her eye bled at the end because she stabbed herself with the scissors, and earlier in the film I think she got some of the broken glass from Suzy's box in her eyes, so when she woke up and started rubbing them it made them bleed more.

I was always wondering that too. First time I saw the movie when that scene came up, I was very confused and I didn't like the scene because I couldn't understand any of it.
