I like thrillers, comedies, action movies, and, occasionally, musicals.

I can enjoy the occasional romantic comedy myself.

Documentaries, Comedies, Mystery/Thriller, Westerns (spaghetti) in that exact order.
Also, not really "genres" but:
Oldies/Classics (Touch of Evil, Niagara, etc.)
Obscure/Low Budget (Russ Meyer/John Waters kind of stuff)

I also like romantic comedies.
My favorite genres are comedy and fantasy. But none of the fantasy films that have been coming out recently. I haven't seen a good fantasy-themed mainstream film since 1995. But I like satires, dark comedies, and spoofs the most.

Not to mention the fact that without Gay people... there wouldn't be Re-Animator.

I like those genres too, biscuit. Am I gay? Not unless you have sex with men.

Sorry, that doesn't make it okay in my book... I think I speak for everyone when I say, we don't care what you think about gay people and we don't want to hear about what's in your book. Ever. And that's all that needs to be said.

And for the record there's a difference between a romantic comedy and a comedy with a love story. Romantic comedies = Maid in Manhattan, etc.
