does anyone know how to make skins?

im tired of the skin we have and we really need a horror skin

dave was working on one but i dunno where he has been.. havent seen him in weeks

i would do it if i could.. but im not to good with comps.. if any1 can and is willing to do it i would apprciate it

I wish I knew as well, but I think one of the programs people need to do that is Photo Shop. And I don't have that.

If I had photoshop I would do it, but alas.... A horror skin would be awesome if we could find someone who can do it though.
