for me it would be mosquito and ticks, 2 cheesy movies(im sure you can guess what they are about) that i have seen several times on scifi and other channels growing up, its really about time they put them on dvd

I Madman --For a slasher made in 1989, it's very original, and actually good. Not many people have seen, or heard of it though.
Brain Donors --Screwball comedy from 1992, starring John "Nobody-Fucks-With-the-Jesus" Turturro. It's a remake of the Marx Bros, "A Night At the Opera." Very underrated film.

I like John Turturro. He's a good actor.
By the way, some of the movies mentioned on here might be on fleshwoundvideo.com
That's a great website when it comes to buying rare DVD's. They're fairly cheap, too.

The number one where-the-hell-is-it movie not yet on DVD is Dario Argento's Four Flies on Grey VelvetJohn McNaughton's quite good - The Borrower (1988)Stuart Gordon's Pit and the Pendulum (1990) needs a single-disc, non-boxset region 1 release. As does Demonic Toys. Then, of course - The Town That Dreaded Sundown. And speaking of towns, Ghost Town needs a DVD as well. And there are a ton of movies that have gone out-of-print that need to be re-released: The Beyond Schlock There's Nothing Out There Munchies Not of This EarthPossessionAnd DVD editions that really should be released: Sleepaway Camp has never been released Uncut Scream (1996) has never been released Uncut Deranged (1973, aka- Confessions of a Necrophile) has never been released Uncut Child's Play needs a Special Edition Fright Night needs a Special Edition Pumpkinhead needs a Special Edition Return of the Living Dead has never been released with all the deleted scenes (I'm told there's almost AN HOUR of stuff deleted from that movie). Then, Return of the Living Dead III has never been released on DVD Uncut. All of Lionsgate's awful Double Feature DVD's for Prom Night III and IV, the Howling sequels, and the Waxwork movies suck and should be re-released.

If I try to think of non-horror movies and TV-movies that need a DVD release... I could be talking forever.

I haven't seen the movie since 1994. So I can't say. But I would buy the damn thing if it ever came out on single-disc DVD, not in a boxset that costs 40, 45 bucks and you only get 2 or 3 movies. Frig - for that price, you can get Anchor Bay's Mario Bava boxsets with 7 movies! And those boxes went down to about 30-35!

That's still too much. And I don't care about sequels, prequels, tie-ins, toys, and whatnot. I just want Demonic Toys in a single-disc. I don't know why the hell they never released that.

Full Moon shares its' catalog with a company called Cult. Cult released a lot of their movies (Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama, Assault of the Killer Bimbos, Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death, Slave Girls from Beyond Infinity, and all of their newer 90's movies which are so weird I've lost track of their names). But about half of the movies never turned up on DVD until these new boxsets that are so overpriced it's insane! Some of those movies I'd be interested in buying (especially Arcade, Bad Channels, Demonic Toys, and Stuart Gordon's Pit and the Pendulum). Though to this day, they've still never released Shrunken Heads. Which is funny because some of the music was composed by either Danny Elfman or his brother.

yea i was just looking at the full moon website the other day, the thing i dont understand is why they are realeasing so many newer movies on DVD, why not take time go back and put some of the older ones on DVD..although the full moon website charges ridiculous prices, you can find many of there box sets and dvd's much cheaper other places

Maybe it's a Rights issue or something. Some companies sell portions of their libraries to other companies to release...
Don't know exactly.
