As I'm sure you've all noticed I've got a soft spot for the shapeshifters. So I made this battle to find out which wolf is the king. Matchups will be chosen by me based on a factor that makes the opponents similar. Please make your selections based on which MONSTER you like better, not which movie you like more. If you haven't seen any of the movies than make your selection based on the pictures and monster stats that I've provided. Thanks! REMEMBER, THIS IS A COMPETITION BASED ON JUST THE MONSTERS!!! An American Werewolf in London --Quadriped version --Shapeshift during full moon ONLY --Loses ability to think like human when in wolf form --No special "rules" to kill --BEST transformation ever --Very viscious, very powerful, kills quick --most blood curdling howl of any were-baddie A Mexican Werewolf in Texas --this monster is what's known in South America as a Chupacabra --bipedal --can change form at will --omits a sulfuric odor --can hypnotize or stun victims with it's eyes --kills to feed --sucks blood much like vampire would, prefers to eat organs rather than flesh --very secretive and hard to catch --often work in packs, although deceiving people into thinking there is only one monster. Round Two will consist of six matchups. The first contender to receive 3 votes within those matchups will advance to the Finale. If there's a tie, I'll break it.

This one's closer for me than you might think. While not a true "werewolf" the Chupacabra is pretty damn cool for me. But ultimately, Rick Baker's wolfie is such a bad-ass. He's brutish, viscious looking, and that howl!! It's virtually everything a werewolf should be. He gets my vote.

^^^ Yeah he is quite the bad-ass fella, that Chupacabra. I don't know why more movies haven't been made about them. And yeah, why we all haven't been doing these types of threads as polls is beyond me.

Nice to see ya lowkey, it's been awhile since I've seen ya around here. One thing I should note about the Chupacabra baddie for those who haven't seen the movie: He's not really that big. The pic is a little deceiving that way. He's actually closer to being a huge Gremlin than a small werewolf. Which means he's more about being sneaky and crafty than being an unstoppable brute. That's one of the main reasons I couldn't vote for him. It's just not quite as menacing as the bigger wolves that tower above or overpower their victims (The Howling for example). Btw, who else stopped by and voted? I see there's been 4 votes, but I only count 3 posters.
