What's the basic set-up of your TV and sound systems? Do you have anything special? Or, do you only watch on computer? Or, do you just watch on a simple stereo tv?
I have a normal-sized, but somewhat big TV, stereo sound, and I have a 2 speaker system with separate bass speaker hooked into the Headphone jack. It's small and simple and it works for me. It would be nice to have a big 5 or 6 speaker deal but I actually don't know much about technology. Otherwise, I'd have found a way to get 2 more speakers working for the rear channels because the bass speaker has plug-in speakers for more speakers. I just don't know how to make it work.

I have a 63" TV with a dolby 5.1 surround sound system. My dog recently chewed through my sub woofer cord, so I am without that, but I sometimes think bass is a little over rated anyway. For late at night I have a set of wireless headphones to listen with.

My dog recently chewed through my sub woofer cord, so I am without that I used to have that same problem with cats who would see the long-running cords to my old 4 speaker CD stereo system and think they were catnip. Not anymore though, I have calmer cats (I gave them Ritalin). I have a 63" TV with a dolby 5.1 surround sound system. , but I sometimes think bass is a little over rated anyway. For late at night I have a set of wireless headphones to listen with. My computer / DVD-ROM has 5 speakers. Don't know if that's Dolby or not. But that particular Logitech system doesn't have almost any bass to speak of and the volume doesn't go very high.

I bought myself something called a broadcaster a few years back. I can send any movie I d/l to my tv and watch it there. It's awesome, although I have recently discovered that you can do something very similar with an xbox 360.

A few years ago it was about $200. I imagine its cheaper now. But if you've got an xbox 360, look into it because I think it just requires a few patch downloads.
