I'm still fidgeting with Vista Ultimate 64-bit here, and seem to have exhausted all but one solution to successfully boot-up with a full 4GB of RAM installed. I'm at a point where that last solution really only requires me to turn off the machine, and install this last gig. Assuming that won't work, I figured I'd throw it out here on the off chance that someone has run into this same thing.
Few things in case I luck out: Already installed the 929777 hotfix 680i chipset RAM is all PC2-5400 4-4-4 Windows Update claims to have nothing left to offer me

im really bad with computer related stuff
dave would be the best to ask any computer related stuff too, but he hasnt been around lately
