That's pretty fucking disturbing there at the end. I'm not sure how someone saw the script for that, and didn't stop to wonder if it was such a good idea for any cops, especially Texan cops, to be associated with nooses. Oh and the fact that this was clearly meant to be shown to kids as part of some extra-curricular activity in school doesn't help either.
And I do agree with one part: he's not Vanilla Ice. I'm not sure why anyone would want to admit that about themselves though. How many gangbangers even listened to Vanilla Ice?

the sad thing is......... that is no worse then most of the rap that comes out today Define "worse" This video will probably get a lot of "eww" reactions because it's so early-90's and everyone's hair styles and clothing are so dated. But... this video taught me nothing about gangs. It's like the message is: "don't shoot kids because they're wearing the wrong hats. Shoot 'em for a better reason."

I think they could both fall into obscurity without anyone crying over it.

When you got cops, preachers, whatever trying to use rap to brainwash kids, and rich, white yuppie, republican politicians drinking just a little too much of their 30 year old scotch and breaking into free-style...rap is dead.

Mainstream rap is toast. Look at Kanye. He cares so much for the poor people of Sierra Leone or poor black kids, yet his wardrobe could probably wipe out hunger in Africa. Every video I've seen lately is the same friggin video. At least NWA did a few tunes about the shitty LA police, which were quite dirty in their day.

Maybe people like No Limit Records and the Cash Money Millionaires are responsible for that. But I instead would like to blame it on some artist that I don't even know. Because even since 1998/99, it's gotten even more cheap and hollow sounding. And so much of it is all just stupid party theme tracks. Or the rapper takes themself so frickin' serious. DMX and 50 Cent probably started that. In the 90's, we had Coolio. He was on The Nanny and Shriek if You Know What I Did Last Friday the 13th! Just goes to show you, rappers in the 1990's were better people. But the fans were nuts.

TRUTH, i lvoe how most rappers clam to always put god first yet they talk about fucking some hoes in there lyrics, even if they are married, its all just so cliche, but i can care less about mainstream rap, just like im into low budget horror i also only listen to underground rap, which is nothing like the mainstram garbage

You mean, you think you're cool or better because you say you don't like the mainstream.
That's what it looks like.
Anyway, I agree about rappers being hypocrites. But they didn't decide the marketplace, they don't decide the way they have to do things to make as much money as they do. They just want money. And that makes sense because of their wayward upbringings and of course the message society puts forth.
Remember another thing! Who buys the most rap music anyway?? WHITE KIDS!

Well I can't say I've ever heard of "horrorcore rap." Though certainly, everything seems to have it's own Label these days. In hopes of rising if not above mainstream, than at least up to its same-level. But the label sucks, even if the music's not bad. So indulging in using the label like it's cool or something doesn't make a person look cool or anything.

Insane Clown Posse are horrorcore. So were Gravediggaz. You've probably heard of both, even if you've never actually listened to them.

I actually like a bit of what Insane Clown Posse did. Especially the song "Riddlebox"

Their movie, Cash Money Hustlas or Big Money Hustlas, was pretty good too.
