Before I ever check out a YouTube clip, I need to know what it is. What it's from.
I don't really care about fight scenes in movies. I'm not really into 'fight' movies. Though I'll watch almost any movie that has to do with boxing. I'm definitely a boxing fan. But still, I don't care about the fights. Much.

Oh, yeah. I liked the Van Damme movie, Lionheart. I think that was the name. That I liked.

Haven't seen Bloodsport. Don't know if I'd like it. I think Lionheart was made in the '90s and that's probably part of the reason why I liked it.
I saw Kickboxer though. Parts 1, 3 and 4, though 3 and 4 have Sasha Mitchell in them instead of Van Damme.

I kind of liked Lionheart for its' plot more than its' action sequences.

Another bonus of Bloodsport is that the guy who played "Ogre" in the Revenge of the Nerds series is in it! I think my favorite "fighter" in the movie though would have to be that crazy Brazilian guy that hops around on all fours and does somersaults.

Oh and to answer the original topic: I really liked the scene in the second Matrix movie where Morpheus fights the agent on top of the moving semi trailer. I also thought the final showdown in Freddy vs. Jason was pretty bad-ass. Really 1 of only 2 good things about that movie. The other was Katherine Isabelle showing up for the first half of the movie. You might remember her as the actress that played the character "Ginger" from the Ginger Snaps movies. Definitely one of the sexier werewolves I can ever remember seeing! ;D

I could think of sexier werewolves...if I put my mind to it. But I liked her in Ginger Snaps more for her performance.
I thought Freddy vs. Jason completely sucked. The whole thing. Don't get me wrong, some of the set designs and things like lighting and camera work were good. But the acting sucked, the writing sucked, the special effects sucked, and the music sucked too. These are essential aspects to a horror movie and if they don't work, the movie doesn't work.
Not that that's what this topic is about. So... I'll rack my brain and try to think of a movie Fight Scene that I actually liked.
Nope. Came up empty.

How about the scene at the end of Fight Club where Edward Norton's character is down in the parking garage fighting himself? And for complete ridiculousness, check out the MST3K version of Space Mutiny. The scene at the end where the goodie and the baddie are battling on those insanely ridiculous golf cart-lawnmower-hover 'round-space-thingies? Forget funniest fight scene ever, it might be the funniest scene of ANY movie ever!

Haven't seen Fight Club. And I don't think I'd care if I never did.

Thought of another one. Either of the 2 episodes of Family Guy in which Peter battles The Big Yellow Chicken. Both of those are classic.

Um, do you ever give reasons for your answers, or do you like just being a 3 word answer smart-ass?

Aren't you only asking me if I'm a smart-ass because you didn't like what I had to say about Family Guy?

haha that was a great scene..i love how slow those things go..they could have just got out and ran faster..but yea that fight was great in a terrible way..also the over acting of that main guy was great al lthe random yells and screams haha...and i have to say family guy is one of the funniest shows ever.

Can't forget the end to that fight sequence. When Blast Hardcheese, or whatever his name was, jumps off and does the ridiculous barrel-role Mike and the Bots can't even get a riff out 'cuz they're laughing so hard! And yes I'm a very big Family Guy fan (although I shouldn't have gotten so touchy about Lazario not feeling the same way--my apologies). Only problem with the show is that I have a hard time watching the Simpsons now 'cuz it's just not quite as funny as Family Guy. But I guess one could say that without the Simpsons, Family Guy probably would never have come to be.
